Roof repairs in Northampton, get your roof sorted

Find the leak. Fix the cause.

Northampton's older terraces and later tiled semis present different repair details. Describe the roof covering, nearby chimney and any extension below the leak to help frame the assessment.

A clear scope before work

We inspect the tiles or slates, their fixings and the weathering underneath the affected area. A sound slope with an isolated defect needs a different scope from a roof with repeated failures across its battens and underlay. You get the reason for our recommendation before the price. We explain which parts need replacing, which sound materials stay and how the repaired area meets the roof around it. That gives you a useful decision about the actual fault.

Your property and its roof

Abington includes older residential streets with bays and chimneys, while Kingsthorpe combines its village core with later expansion. Duston also mixes an older settlement with substantial post-war development. We assess the slate, plain tile or concrete tile on your particular house, including changes from extensions and loft work. Matching the appearance also means matching the fixing and overlap. We explain the proposed covering and support in your quote, giving you a roof repair that fits the existing construction.
